Billing questions
How does the free trial work?+
You get 7 days of Pro free when you start a subscription. You won't be charged until day 8, and you can cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard.
What's the grade-up guarantee?+
Use BioCCEA consistently for a full exam term and if your next school mock doesn't go up by at least one grade, email us your before/after mock results and we'll refund every penny you paid.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period — no surprise charges.
What if my payment fails?+
You keep Pro while we retry the payment. We'll show a banner asking you to update your card. Access only ends if every retry fails.
What if I invite 2 friends — do I still pay?+
Two successful referrals unlock 30 days of Pro free. After that you can subscribe or keep inviting.
Is the price tax-inclusive?+
Prices shown include UK VAT at 20%. For example, the monthly plan is £9.99 + £1.99 VAT = £11.99. If you're outside the UK, the final tax rate is based on your country.
Is there a student discount?+
£11.99/month (or £95.99/year, inc. VAT) is already the student price — cheaper than a single hour of biology tutoring. Yearly saves 33% vs monthly.
